"In a third decade of working with and helping people to grow, be successful and happy. My focus is on the intersection between people and technology to create innovative solutions that generates new sustainable businesses. I've had a chance to bring new products / services to the market and found new businesses / divisions in both, a state as well as in a corporation."

Can you describe your work experience?
Last 25 years I've been developing myself as well as others, leveraging new technologies and bringing them to the market, while creating teams and business models around them. First half of my career as an entrepreneur I founded, run and sold businesses in retail business "brick and mortal stores" and later also over the internet, creating and selling complete e-commerce solutions and others. Second half I spent in an international corporation as an intrapreneur where I've had a chance to work on positions focusing on new technologies, services, business models, creating and leading teams, expanding the business across regions and handing over to a successors.

Why did you decide to work with UP21?
It allows me meeting diverse and inspirational people, helping to bring ideas, new products and business models to the market and enriching the mind.

As an expert, what can you offer to start-ups?
My time, passion, experience, different point of views and creativity.

Did you have a mentor or influencer in the early days of your career?
Yes, not only one and it remains till now. Without them I would not have been where I am today. I thank them all for helping me on the way.

What is your message for start-uppers?
Where, how and what you do can change over time, many times, most important is whom you work with.
